A lot of brilliant business owners struggle to sho A lot of brilliant business owners struggle to show up online consistently…even after years in business.

Not because they don’t care about their business.

But because they’re thoughtful. Maybe a little introverted.
Or waiting until they feel ‘clear enough’ to show up properly.

Working with so many female founders has shown me that this is far more common than people realise.

If that’s you, you’re definitely not alone.

I’m an introvert myself, so visibility hasn’t always come easily to me either.

Out of curiosity, which one tends to get in your way most: confidence, overthinking, or not knowing what to say?

The sudden urge to cancel.
The feeling that you should somehow be “more ready”.
Overthinking every tiny detail.

It’s all completely normal.

Most of the nerves happen before you arrive…and by the end of the shoot, it usually feels far easier than you expected.

Visibility can feel vulnerable. But you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

When you’re clear on your message, visibility starts to feel much more natural.
