FAMILY PHOTOSHOOT IN SUFFOLK
FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY IN SUFFOLK
A family portrait session normally lasts between 1 to 2 hours and we can shoot indoors and/or outdoors, at a location of your choice or I can provide a location for you. It’s completely up to you and what works for your family. Being a mum to 3 young children means I know how to quickly create a rapport with even the shyest of little ones. I also know how quickly they can move and I’ve had plenty of practice at keeping up!
Before your family photoshoot, we can either chat online or on the telephone to discuss what you ideally want from your session. I can give guidance on what to wear and the colours that work with the season – as well as what time of day suits you best. Your photoshoot can take place in your home and garden or maybe you have something else in mind, depending on time of year – blossom, lavender or Autumnal leaves. You might not have a specific location in mind but we can discuss all of this and make a plan that suits you all.
I aim to capture the heart and soul of your family. You’ll recieve beautiful and natural family portraits that you can treasure for a lifetime.
My Family Photoshoot sessions last up to 2 hours, at a location of your choice. After your photoshoot you will be given access to an online gallery for 10 days, where you can choose which package you would like to purchase.
Pleasde note that the session fee does not include any digital images or prints.

Yet another fabulous photoshoot with George! She has photographed our family several times over the last few years and each time she manages to capture photos we will treasure forever. She puts everyone at ease immediately, builds great rapport with the kids and is fun and easy to work with!
What an amazing experience! Georgina managed to give us incredible photos, despite one ill child and two incredibly tired and grumpy children. My kids immediately felt comfortable around her and she captured some beautiful and natural shots of them and the whole family.
TRULY MAGICAL IMAGES
Georgina was fab. She put everyone at ease so quickly building a real rapport with the children 10,7 and 6 . The camera shy 6 year old turned into the star of the day. Our daughter 7 that has special needs and is always difficult to capture well on camera, George did it. We have some truly magically images to cherish. Thank you. We will definitely be asking you back in the future
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE PHOTOSHOOT?
During your family photoshoot, I aim to work quickly and if snacks or snoozes are needed, that’s absolutely fine. The session is yours and what works for your family is one of the most important aspects to stunning and natural portraits that you’ll love. I won’t be asking you all to look to camera and smile, we want genuine laughter and giggles and my job is for you all to enjoy your photoshoot. For you to feel relaxed and comfortable.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PHOTOSHOOT?
After your family photoshoot, you’ll receive a link to an online gallery to choose your favourite family portraits and I can be on hand to guide you through this and also help decide on how any of your favourites can be displayed in your home with frames, canvasses or albums to be enjoyed by you now and also generations to come.
Rhea first contacted me about a family photoshoot in late summer. She was absolutely adamant that it needed to be an autumn family photoshoot because she loved the colours of the season. Rhea and her family are from the US. After spending a number of years in the UK,...
Wearing matching outfits for your family photoshoot is something of an old-fashioned concept (thank goodness!). There are trends that come and go and these can really date your photographs in years to come. This leaves you with the question ‘What should I wear??’ When...
